01About these terms
These terms cover your use of the ORBIQ website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
They do not cover the products themselves. Each product will have its own terms when it becomes available.
02Who we are
ORBIQ is an education-technology company based in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt. In these terms, “ORBIQ”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ORBIQ, and “you” means the person using the site. You can reach us at info@orbiq.team.
03Products under construction
Swaya and MADA are under construction. What this site says and shows about them, including the screenshots, is a preview of products that are still being built. It may change, and it is not a promise that a product or a feature will be released, or when.
Nothing on this site is medical, therapeutic or educational advice. Swaya does not diagnose. Decisions about a child's care or education belong with the parents and professionals who know the child.
04The waitlist and contact form
Joining a waitlist does not create a contract, reserve a place or commit you to buy anything, and it does not commit us to provide a product. It means we may email you when there is something to try.
Please give us accurate details, and only your own. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing info@orbiq.team. How we handle what you send us is set out in the privacy policy.
05Our content
The ORBIQ name and mark, the product names, and the text, design, images and code of this site belong to ORBIQ or to those who license them to us. You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without asking us first.
06Using the site fairly
- Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not send us unlawful, harmful or misleading material through the forms.
- Do not use automated tools to submit the forms or to collect content from the site in bulk.
07Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not run, such as social networks and maps. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
08No guarantees
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, ORBIQ is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on what it says.
